Your treatment, step by step
A first treatment can feel like a step into the unknown — here is exactly what to expect, so you can arrive at ease.
-
Arrive & settle
We begin with a gentle chat about how you're feeling and what you'd like from the session. Then you make yourself comfortable, fully clothed, and simply rest.
-
Hands-on healing
Gail places her hands gently on or just above the body in a sequence of soft positions, working calmly through each area to encourage balance.
-
Rest & integrate
As the energy settles, most people sink into deep relaxation — feeling warmth, gentle tingling, or simply a profound sense of calm.
-
Aftercare
We finish slowly. You're offered water and a quiet moment to come back to yourself, with simple guidance on caring for yourself afterwards.
Reiki, wherever you are
Reiki energy is not limited by distance. In a distant healing session you settle somewhere comfortable at an agreed time — we can connect over a Zoom call so we begin and close together, or Gail can send Reiki to you purely at a distance — so you receive the same gentle care without leaving home. Each distant session lasts around 45 minutes.
- By Zoom call, or pure distant healing
- No need to travel to Kent
- Around 45 minutes
- Ideal if you're unwell, busy, or far away
