THE PATH
Your journey, level by level
Reiki training unfolds in stages. Each level builds gently on the last, with an attunement that opens you a little further to the energy and plenty of practice time so you feel confident before moving on. Levels 1 & 2 are taught in small groups of 4–6, or one-to-one if you'd prefer.
- Level 1 — self-healing and treating others, your first attunement
- Level 2 — deeper practice, the Reiki symbols, and distant healing
- Master — advanced energy work and the Master attunement
- Teacher — learn to attune and teach Reiki to others
REIKI LEVELS 1 & 2
Foundation courses
Your introduction to Reiki, taught in small groups of 4–6, or 1:1 if preferred — with everything you need to begin treating yourself and others.

Reiki Level 1 By arrangement
Learn the foundations of Reiki, receive your first attunement, and begin self-healing and treating others. Small groups of 4–6, or 1:1 if preferred.

Go deeper with the Reiki symbols and distant healing, strengthening your practice. Small groups of 4–6, or 1:1 if preferred.

For those called to deepen their practice and, in time, to teach Reiki to others.

Course questions
Do I need experience for Level 1?
Not at all. Level 1 is the starting point and is open to complete beginners — no prior experience or knowledge of Reiki is needed.
What's included in a course?
Each course includes your attunement(s), hands-on teaching and practice time, course notes, and a certificate on completion. Get in touch for the full details of each level.
How are the courses run?
Levels 1 & 2 are taught in small, friendly groups of 4–6, or one-to-one if you'd prefer, with dates arranged to suit those attending — so you have space to learn at a comfortable pace.
